My wife and I will be arriving in Oxford in the beginning of January to start jobs at Oxford University and need a place to live. We would prefer a 2 bedroom flat, but would also very much consider a 1 bedroom. Both of us will be working in the science corridor on South Parks Road, so locations most convenient to that will be the highest priority.

A little about us: We are a young couple originally from the United States where we are currently finishing graduate school. We recently sold our own house, which we have lived in for the past 4 years, so we definitely understand how to take care of a property and will respect any place we live in. We also have an adult, de-clawed, housetrained cat that will be arriving soon after we do. Please let us know if pets are acceptable, we are willing to pay an additional security deposit.
