My name is Marc Wilcox. I have just finished working for Oxfam as a Freelance Web Designer on a rolling contract. I have over 9 years web design experience and can offer many skills including: Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, XHTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL, As well as Oxfam, I have also worked for WHSmith, as their web designer. I have been closely involved in content development and management, with a view to improving the usability of the site and encouraging a move towards best practice web standards.

I have had in-depth experience in e-mail marketing, with responsibilities for the design, creation and targeting of promotional e-mail campaigns, as well as mailing list management. I have worked with Third party agencies to deliver partner sites compatible with the WHSmith brand and advised on best practice implementation of external advertising campaigns within the context of the WHSmith site.

I have also created web sites from my own original concepts, which have included domain registration and server configuration.
