Technical Support Scientist-Oxfordshire - c£26,000p.a. - (9-month contract)
My client is a Medical Diagnostics company based in South Oxfordshire and is now looking for an experienced scientist to join their Technical Support team.

Working in a small team you will be responsible for handling incoming technical queries from customers on Immuno and Microplate assays. Responses will need to be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and further investigation will be undertaken when needed.
The role also involved occasional travel within the UK and European market to train customers on the use of these products.

Successful applicants will have a minimum of BSc (or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline and will ideally have experience within a customer service or technical support role. Experience with Immuno assays and Microplate assays is essential and applicants will be expected to have an in depth technical knowledge on these products. Excellent communication skills and strong IT ability is also essential.

In return my client offers a 9-month contract with a salary of c£26,000 pro rata.
