Operations Manager, Deputy General Manager, 4 star Hotel

The primary objectives of the position will be to assist the General Manager in managing, organising and co-ordinating all the departments of the Hotel (F & B bias) and ensure the services are processed efficiently in line with company standards and meet budgeted forecasts.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced pro-active team player, committed and driven to achieve high standards and departmental goals, along with being an inspirational leader and motivator of staff and be able to stay calm under pressure.
Have extensive Hotel management experience as a deputy GM or operations manager in all Hotel departments specifically in F&B, C&B management.
