Cleaning Contract Supervisor

Contract Cleaning Supervisor, Milton Park £8.25 per hour

Working 1400 to 2000, Monday to Friday although some flexibility is required and your hours may need to be changed to cover for absences and to meet business needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate interested in a career in facilities management to take a supervisory role and gain some management experience.

Working exclusively on Milton Park, for this recognised supplier of cleaning services to businesses there, as the Cleaning Contract Supervisor you will be responsible for co-ordinating the operations function and ensuring client satisfaction, by ensuring the Swift resolution of any issues, instructing and ensuring corrective action completion within 24 hours. You will be responsible for keeping up to date records and developing appropriate systems; monitoring and maintaining cleaning standards at the highest level by ensuring employees at all sites are visited at least once a week; you will be involved with pro-active employee recruitment, induction, training, performance management and retention and interfacing with clients to ensure the Contract Manager is kept fully informed of any issues that evolve on site as necessary. You will be responsible for compliance with health and safety procedures and legislation on all sites.

A Criminal Records Bureau check may be carried out for this role.
The role requires you to have a full driving licence and your own transport.
