Three graduate students, in a house with a lounge, separate dining room and good kitchen are looking for a housemate. The kitchen has all the standard gear, microwave, fridge freezer, over, extractor hood, etc. There is a garden that is currently overgrown but should be sorted for the summer. Parking permits are available from the council if you have a car. The lounge currently has a sofa, chair and TV, although another sofa should be on its way.

The room to let isn't large, but the rent is only £370 a month plus bills.
