We are looking for a friendly, sociable, laid back professional to share with 3 professional females. Preferably a non smoker. We have a large 4 bed house with lounge room, kitchen, dining room, 1 bathroom (plus an extra toilet room), large garden and plenty of parking. There is good access to the town centre, the bus stop is right out the front with busses every 5 mins. The room is £365 pm. Bills are not included but probably come to an additional £60pm. The room is available immediately or whenever required. No pets.
