We are looking for a friendly, sociable, laid back person to share with 5 Female Brookes student(1st and 2nd year)in Headington (York road). Preferably a non smoker.
We have a large 6 bedroom house with lounge room, big kitchen/dininng area, 1 bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs.
A large garden with bbq area (very nice!) and garden furniture.
Bustop nearby to get to university and town centre, so good access.
The room is £300 pcm. Bills not included.
The room is available from 16th july 2008- 15th july 2009. First and last payment £150. No pets
