We are looking for a highly motivated chef to take on our kitchen in this fantastic pub/restaurant (40 covers) in an affluent South Oxfordshire village.

The pub has not served food for over 12 months but has a great reputation.

You will need to be able to create your own menu based on classic british dishes, using locally sourced produce (where available and good enough).

You must have experience in operating to a quality standard, you should have excellent references, able to work on your own initative and want to share in the success of rebuilding this business.

Salary £18k (neg) plus tips & profit related bonus. To start ASAP, accomodation available to the right applicant.
