I will have a room to rent from 1st June on either a 6 month let, or til the end of august if you just need a place for summer.

It is a big double room, fully furnished, in a two bed flat, sharing with one other (me!) and my dopey cat! The flat is light, airy and spacious, with a gorgeous big garden and eat-in kitchen.

The flat is located on a quiet side road off Westminster Way (Botley). Co-op and a good range of shops and restaurants are a 5 minute walk away. It is very well served by a number of bus routes including the U1, 4, and 100. There are 2 parking spaces with the flat too.

Everything will be newly decorated as I will have just moved in!

I am a single, professional female in my 20s. I like fun - mostly at weekends! cooking, conversation, and enjoying the sunshine! I am respectful and tolerant, and expect whoever shares my home to be too! You also need to tidy up after yourself :)

I will have pictures soon but if you are interested drop me a line. I am looking for around 500pcm, that will include all bills incuding sky or virgin (haven't decided yet!) and broadband. Phone willbe separate of course!
