Skills: Graduate with strong communication skills with the ability to solve IT problems over the phone. Able to prioritise work, deal with pressure and deadlines. Excellent MS Windows-based infrastructure knowledge.

The Role:
Our client is currently looking for a Help-desk Support or 1st Line support candidate to join their team.
Your responsibilities:
To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
To take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues, liaising with both internal and external support functions.
Managing call queues and monitoring all incidents to resolution.
To log all calls and actions on the incident logging system.
Respond to enquiries and requests from external clients and help them resolve hardware or software problems.
Maintain a database of IT assets.
Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary advice.
To allocate more complex calls to the relevant IT support resources.
To identify recurrent issues for further investigation.
