Little Troopers Day Nursery is set within a large Victorian house and registered for 25 children aged between 18months and 5 years. We are seeking a part time Nursery Cook. The successful applicant will be a competent, self motivated individual with a ‘hands on’ attitude to work tasks.
We have recently received 4 stars in the ‘scores on the doors’ from Oxford City Council’s new food premises rating scheme and would like to continue this progress and raise it to 5 stars in the future.
This position is open to all candidates but it is preferable that candidates hold a CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety and have had experience working in kitchen catering.
Hours are 9am - 1.30pm Monday – Friday (Less days will be considered).
Staff benefits include training, uniform, an annual pay review, 31 days annual leave (pro rata), including bank holidays & Christmas Week.
The salary range is between £6-7 per hour and dependent on experience.
