Rolls Royce Calibre Oxford Personal Trainer.
IF YOU'RE HAPPY WITH SECOND BEST IN PERSONAL TRAINING,THEN THAT'S FINE, BUT BE VERY MUCH ASSURED, THAT YOU WILL HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE
IT IS THE REAL MEANING OF ONE-TO-ONE, TRULY PERSONAL TRAINING.
The Initial Consultation procedure alone is a 3hr appointment for testing, evaluation and necessarily in- depth biomechanical and nutritional analysis.
Completing the process of REALLY knowing your totally personal Biomechanics is absolutely CRUCIAL, as it GUARANTEES you then receive the CORRECT exercise and advice that is finely tuned to YOUR body, instead of just ‘supervised exercise’, which I'm afraid, 9 times out of 10, is what clients unknowingly receive!
Being the only person a trainer is working with, it doesn't mean that by any stretch of the imagination, you're receiving expertly 'real' personal training., but this happens to literally thousands of people.
Valid personal training simple is not possible without knowing a person's individual and personal movement and postural Biomechanics and you have to perform a full head to toe Range of Motion Test to discover that person's plus and minus physical capabilities. That statement is an absolute exercise science fact, not just an opinion, so please take it on board and remember it.
No biomechanical Range Of Motion Test means that without a doubt some 'supervised exercise' is all you'll get, whatever name or title someone tries to give, it and that's a very long indeed way from 'real' precision personal training and a lot less safe and effective too.
Go to the link below. It's the recent Daily Mail newspaper article that Alan was interviewed for, and clearly highlights the disturbingly short training times that ‘qualify’ the very vast majority of ‘accredited’ personal trainers.

41 years of experience, so you'll not run the risk of being part of someone's 'learning curve', as to be 'get real' blunt about this.... it takes a very considerable number of years to attain realistically expert levels as a Personal Trainer.

C.E.P.A the last organisation, is the affiliate arm of 'The American College of Sports Medicine' which houses its experts in exercise prescription for the injured, chronically ill, disabled and those with long term physical difficulties of any description.
All the above organizations have a basic entry requirement of a degree in exercise, rehabilitation or nutritional science, so you won't be retaining someone who's training for their personal training title/qualification measures in truth, only a few days, weeks or a few months.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid these are precisely the length of training periods that lurk behind over 95% of actually recognised specific personal trainer 'qualifications’, however technically 'impressive' many of them sound!. (see the Daily Mail article above).
Exercise Consultant for the national magazines 'Runners World' and 'Men's Fitness' whilst approached by and written articles for; other magazines such as 'Mother and Baby’ for example; on 'Post Caesarian Exercise Prescription'.
The professional standard of the personal training that Alan delivers, is dramatically advanced, outstandingly effective and last but certainly not least; extremely safe.
He always goes to the client, so you'd have no travelling to do and would achieve your goals in the privacy of your own home or chosen location. In addition, with this level of knowledge and expertise; you will never in your life, ever need a gym again!
