A family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children) are looking for an unfurnished clean house or cottage with garden and hopefully a garage or outside storage. We have a very quiet, clean and well-behaved labrador and will pay an extra deposit for her if that gives peace of mind. Your house and garden will be looked after very well and references can be supplied. Required for the end of May or anytime over the summer for a year or two's rental. Thanks.
