Ideal candidates will have worked with Fresh produce but not Hotel experience is not essential. You will be confident on producing all food off this menu which consists of some traditional classics as expected.

You must be well organised and have good track record in the kitchen. We would also consider a strong Commis/ Demi looking for that next step.

You will be working in a brigade of 5 and will work 7 shifts over 5 days.

Salary offered is around £15,000 + Tips + Accommodation
