Have Durham City Wd Like Oxford
Have excellent, large, 2 bed flat - in v solid brick built building (1954 construction ) . First (middle) floor. [Only 2 flats per floor i.e. total of 6 flats on staircase.] Neighbours mostly elderly. Two flats already purchased by tenants and sold on.
One bedroom overlooks back- v quiet - other b/r overlooks road - only slight murmur of traffic - road not that busy. Lots of sunlight to drawing room and front bedroom. VV central - just 10 mins walk from Market Square / City Centre shops / University / Cathedral. Superb, character-ful flat and with RTB.
Would be interested to move to Oxford - pref central-ish but would consider more or less anywhere except Blackbird Leys and similar areas. . Prefer 2 bed but might just consider 1-bed if v large rooms throughout and also v well located.
