Thame is a small market town with its fair share of pubs and some restaurants, and its own leisure centre. It is conveniently located 5 minutes drive from Haddenham and Thame Parkway Station, being less an hour by train into London. Oxford is 30 minutes by car, depending on the traffic, but the park and ride on the outside of the city is often more convenient and cheaper. The Chiltern Hills with ideal opportunities for walking and mountain biking, are a 10 minute drive a way.
