Oxford flatshare - double rooms
Nice Bright Single Room in Kidlington, 3mins from Bus (£300 pcm)
I have a single room available in a three bedroom house share. The house is bright with a really nice living room, modern kitchen (with small breakfast space). The single room is unfurnished and the new comer will have to supply their own furniture (save for a very large chest of draws which is currently in the room).
Bills are shared by the whole house and come to about £50-£80 per month. There is also a once off agency fee (to have your name placed on the lease) of £100. The picture is simply for a view of the room and is misleading regading space as I can't get the camera to take a full-picture of the room.
Am looking for a professional/student who is clean, tidy, well mannered, non-smoker and has a sense of humour.
