NaturalMotion is a leading game technology and development company currently based in Oxford and San Francisco. The company’s euphoria engine is a breakthrough in real-time character animation and is used in AAA titles such as Grand Theft Auto IV and Star Wars: The Force Unleashed. In addition to its technology business, NaturalMotion’s games team is developing Backbreaker, the first football game to feature truly interactive and on-the-field game play, based on the company’s euphoria and morpheme technologies.

NaturalMotion is looking for a full time Systems / Network Administrator to work within a team of two to provide all levels of support to approximately 70 UK staff members (and remote support to the San Francisco office).

The main responsibilities of this role are:

- Desktop user support
- Server installation and maintenance
- Network and office telecoms maintenance
- User / Group Management (inc email & network user accounts and permissions)
- IT procurement and negotiation
- Asset management

Core skills required:

- Minimum of three years’ professional third line systems / network administration
- MCSA / MCSE certification or equivalent experience
- Exchange 2007, MS Server 2003 (minimum)
- Active Directory and Group Policy administration experience

Other desired experience:

- Current desktop and server hardware knowledge
- HP Server hardware
- Linux administration
- Scripting, and task automation
- Remote software deployment and administration
- Firewall and wireless networking
- Small company IT administration and support experience
