Looking for smiley, quiet person to share lovely, homey house with two v nice professionals ( guy and girl).
Amazing location, about 15 mins walk to centre, 2 mins from tesco on cowley, private landlord.
Gorgeous garden, cosy living room, busy kitchen.
You need to be Non-smoking, clean, and must be professional (or council tax payer). It would def help if you are green minded and like relaxing in our living room (as opposed to hiding in your bedroom).
We have the occasional dinner party but generally home is our relaxation place. We'd prefer a woman, but if you're the right guy get in touch too.
Contract is from beginning of December until September, renewable. Our current housemate is being transferred for work, hence unusual 9 month arrangement.
Rent is 350 pcm tbc, but that's a safe estimate.
