Our client is looking for someone who is capable of working well under pressure, with a good eye for detail and meeting high standards. Creativity, reliability and consistency along with team work are essential qualities as our client changes menu frequently.
They are looking for a professional individual, someone who takes pride in their cooking, with a good foundation of the basics cooking fresh ingredients, capable of leading a team and provide an excellent service when left to run the kitchen. A good understanding of stock control, stock taking, GP% works is also required.
Candidates should be willing to work split shifts,week ends and important calander dates (5 days on 2 days off) working hours 10-3 / 6 till close. Benefits include two meals a day provided on working days. Applicants must be eligible to work in UK and be ideally located to easily commute to Maidenhead.
