Glaucoma patients are required for interview to test a questionnaire.
- You must be a native English speaker as the questionnaire is specifically designed for English speakers.
- You must be a glaucoma patient as the questionnaire being tested will be used with glaucoma patients on a trial. The interview process is to ensure that the questionnaire is clear and suitable for the patient group.
- You must be available 28-30 October and able to come to the company offices in Botley (see map).

This will last about an hour and involves answering a short questionnaire. There is a financial incentive of £40.

All information will be completely confidential. We are more interested in discussing the questionnaire with you than asking in-depth or personal questions.
