The Commis Chef role will really keep you on your toes, you will get involved in all aspects of what we offer and will future opportunity to gain more qualifications and learn.

As well as a basic lunch service we also offer a full a-la-carte menu in the evening. You will be taught how to work on sections producing excellent cuisine using fresh produce.

Working hours are fantastic as there are no late nights unlike a restaurant. After dinner service the kitchen will closes ready for the next day.
