Hotel/Restaurant Software Trainer/Installer
The Company;
A market leader and major player in the international Hospitality Software market have openings for proven trainers who thrive on delivering excellence in hands on training.
The Job;
The role is to deliver software training and installation, predominantly to Hotels and assist staff with the transformation and familiarisation of new software systems within their units.
You will need to be flexible on location, be highly effective in communicating and delivering training courses, achieve excellence in customer care skills. Whilst being accountable for company operating procedures, maintaining standards and providing excellent service and product knowledge to customers.
Key Attributes;
Front of House Hotel/Restaurant Management experience, utilising a multi-department software system is essential
Excellent customer service and team leadership skills
It and PC literate and comfortable in learning new software packages
The ability to plan, organise and execute training courses and on the job training sessions effectively
The drive and ambition to succeed in a demanding training environment
Excellent communication and listening skills
