Hi, I am looking to rent this house in the Cogges area of Witney but need to find someone to houseshare with me. It's located on the edge of town with easy access to Oxford and close to local amenities. Lovely house with garden and the landlady's great! No deposit required, just a month's rent in advance which is a bonus. Would be able to move in in about two weeks time. It is currently unfurnished but with some white goods. I am an honest and reliable person who likes to keep my home clean and tidy. I am a non-smoker so would prefer a fellow non-smoker but not too strict on that!
