I live with my 15 year old daughter house trained cat and small dog.

The room is large with a single bed, with a large comfy sofa. It also includes sole use of the family bathroom, as both myself and my daughter have ensuites.

The house is quite large with a sunny garden and patio and has plenty of room for privacy. The village of Wheatley is very well catered for with many facilities including several restaurants, pubs, Barclays bank, supermarkets and a great bakery and deli.

My house is modern and well furnished which I like to keep clean and tidy, but not I'm not excessive however slightly more particular with regard to kitchen hygiene. I would like someone who is tidy, sociable, easygoing and respectful of my home.

The rent is £400 pcm, with one month deposit and one month’s notice. Deposit returnable on departure. Female’s only please.
