Construction Site Manager. Swindon.
£35,000 – 38,0000 + £5000 car + benefits + Bonus

My client is a medium sized contractor specialising in Healthcare, Arts and education Projects across the south and South West with contract values of up to £6 million. Due to an increasing amount of success in the recent months, they are looking to add to their team with an experienced Site Manager to work from their Swindon Offices.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the successful day to day running of the site you are on, including Health and Safety, budget and Sub Contractors. You will be involved in liaison with the client and report to the Project Manager; however enjoy autonomy on many schemes.

You will already be working for a medium sized Contractor and have a proven track record in delivering projects of up to £6 million on time and to budget. You will be a natural leader and work well under pressure and have relevant experience in New Builds and Extensions.
