Accounts Assistant
An exciting full time permanent job available for an accounts assistant based in central Oxford.
My client is expanding quickly at the moment and needs an assistant to the finance manager.
The role will offer a range of responsibilities and duties.
Tasks will include:
- Posting purchase invoices to the purchase ledger.
- Posting sales invoices to sales ledger.
- Credit control
- Liaising with creditors
- Payroll
- Payments
- Cash book reconciliations
- Petty cash
- Assisting with month end management reports
- Ad hoc duties as required.
This is a fantastic role and would suit a candidate with a strong career background in accounts. Experience with Sage Line 50 would be preferred . If you match the ideal criteria then please get in contact with us as soon as possible.
