A specialist nursing and pharmacy team, which aims to provide homecare therapy for patients suffering from Lysosomal Storage Disorders such Gaucher and Fabry disease. Managing a small patient group, providing IV therapy in the patient�s own home. You will also train carers or parents cannulation / IV skills as well as offering general client support. Managing the interface between the hospital services and other agencies. Maintain records; reporting adverse events; training other healthcare professionals on disease area.
Candidates must be RN (child branch) looking to enter the commercial environment whilst developing and utilising their clinical and teaching skills to the full. Cannulation and Venepuncture experience is a must together with excellent inter-personal skills.
