Asssitant Cleaning Contract Manager
This is a challenging and rewarding role that will be responsible for overseeing several prestigious client accounts in the Oxford area for this facilities management company. You will normally work 40 hours per week, generally 0900 to 1300 & 1630 to 2030. Some flexibility is required and your hours may need to be changed to cover for absences and to meet business needs. Duties will include:-

Providing operational support at contract level and ensure that all operational requirements of the contracts are met.
Liaising with clients and ensure the Contract Manager is kept fully informed of any issues that evolve on site as necessary.
Managing all directly employed staff including Area and Site Supervisors.
Ensuring compliance with all health and safety procedures and legislation.

You will have previous customer services and supervisory skills, ideally some facilities or health and safety experience. A driving licence is essential.

The salary for this role will be commensurate with experience and a company car and mobile phone will also be provided.

A Criminal Records Bureau check will be carried out for this role.
