Right next to the John Radcliffe hospital.
Headington shops and London Road are a short distance away. Old Headington is very picturesque and has two very nice pubs, which are five minutes walk away. There is also a small shopping arcade 150 meters from the house. Waitrose is the nearest big supermarket - about 10 minutes walk. There's also a big Co-op a bit further away.

Two rooms available. Both currently have single beds.

Room one:
- Is the smaller of the two rooms
- The decor, though smart and tidy, is a bit old fashioned
- Lots of storage - built in wardrobe, chest of draws and second wardrobe
- £72 per week

Room two:
- Large single room
- Neutral, smart and tidy decor
- Lots of storage - including built in wardrobes
- Desk and chair
- £77 per week

Rest of the house:
- Lounge with two sofas and lots of shelves
- Separate dining area with nice table and chairs
- Fully fitted kitchen with plenty of storage and workspace
- Large bathroom with bath / shower
- Utilities room with washing machine, deep freezer and additional storage plus extra toilet room adjoining.
- Back and front garden (shed in back garden ideal of bike storage)
- Out house which contains gardening equipment and can be used for storage
- House fully double glazed throughout
- Very quiet location (located on a no through road)
- Off street parking for two cars (one space used by current tenant)
- Parking permit available for additional cars
- Non smoking in the house
- No pets

Transport links:

- X13 bus to central Oxford leaves from the bottom of the road (aprox 10-15 minutes to the centre of town). Or you can get buses to various locations from the hospital.
- Close to the Oxford ring road
- Close to London Road (central Headington) - short walk to the Oxford - London bus service.

The current occupant:

- Male teacher in early 20s. Very easy going, tidy and considerate. Sporty and sociable.
- Rooms would be ideal for like minded people who are responsible, friendly, easy going and fair.
- The two other house mates have unfortunately had to move out due to work reasons.

Rent, bills, deposit etc:

Smaller room - £72 pw
Larger room - £77pw
Council tax - £42 per person per month
Other bills - £ Allow aprox £20 per month (TV licence included, currently no broadband but can be installed)

The deposit is £463 per person (six weeks rent - we all paid the same amount regardless or room size).

You will have to pay an administration fee of aprox £90 to the letting agent. The letting agents are very nice and helpful. They keep a very detailed itinerary of the house so everything is fully accounted for. It is likely that they will organise a new itinerary when you move in so you can be assured that everything is accounted for.
