Business Analyst - Oxfordshire
Experienced Business Analyst required for a role with a multinational company. You will need:
Technical skills
-Intermediate level user of Microsoft Office suite including Powerpoint and Excel
-Project management
-Finance for non-financial managers
-Familiarity and working knowledge of internet
Knowledge and previous experience
-Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes
-Demonstrable experience writing requirements specifications for Information Systems
-A proven track record in Software Development
-End to end experience of the project lifecycle
-Proven experience interacting directly with business managers and end users
-Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills
-Experience in Business Process Re-Engineering
-Migration of systems to the next generation of technology
-5 years Business Analysis roles
-Previous knowledge of Logistics and/or Supply Chain Management would be an advantage, although not mandatory
Previous experience gained from working in a commercial organization would be advantageous. Past working knowledge of Microsoft suite would also be useful.
Person specification
This role gives the opportunity for the post holder to work with the senior management team with exposure to all the component parts of managing a commercial business. The post requires a level of self-assurance, confidence, and decisiveness.
