The Oxford Leadership Academy are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic and hard working individual with excellent analytical skills and experience of producing financial and management accounts using Sage and Excel. The chosen candidate will be well organised, with a “hands-on” approach, technically proficient and able to see the big picture within a professional, challenging and busy environment.

This is a full time position based at our offices in Oxford

We require a Full-time Financial Controller with the following essential skills:
* Preparing monthly management accounts
* Extensive experience of SAGE
* Good working knowledge of MS Office
* Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity
* Cash flow management
* Management Accounting
* Financial Support for Project pricing
* Sales Forecast Management (liaising Sales team)
* Excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail
* Ability to work well in a team

We would also require this person to conduct general office management duties including managing the relationships with a number of our suppliers (including IT support company, Telecoms accounts, landlords etc.)

As we are a young and dynamic company, we are looking for someone who will fit well into the team and shares a passion for what we do. We'd also like to find someone who can see themselves growing with us over the coming years. We currently employ 15 people in our offices in Oxford but have operations in a number of other countries.
