Hello,

my flatmates are leaving and I'm looking for another people to replace them:)
The one-year contract starts in the 3rd week of September (although there might be a possibility to move in before - two rooms should be free before)

I have 2 double bedroom and one single to let in a nice house located 7 minutes by bus from town or 10 (on Iffley Rd).
It's really nice and clean house in a quiet area but close to town and Cowley Rd. There are 4 bedrooms all together, 2 bathrooms (one with bad/shower and one additional toilet), living room and small garden.


I'd prefer to share it with other mature students (as it's friendly but not 'a non-stop party' house) , preferably females (but not necessary:)
