A really lovely ground floor room in a student house. It is right opposite Brookes University, literally a 2 minute walk if that.

The other 3 in the house are all really nice and consist of 1 boy and 2 girls, one of whom is not a student. Everyone is clean, tidy, sociable and generally lovely.

We have all the normal stuff- kitchen with all modern appliances, and separate bathroom and toilet and a good sized garden. The room itself is big enough for a double bed, but doesn't currently have one. It contains a single bed, large desk, desk chair, arm chair, 1 cupboard and a chest of drawers.

The main atraction of this place is its location to uni and the price. The bus stop is across the road, the nearest shops are a 5 minute walk (depending on the speed you walk at) This works out at £76 per week, but if you aren't a student then it will work out a bit more to include council tax, but that is negotiable. Bills are obviously extra too. A deposit will also be have to put down on taking this place- its only a months rent which you are almost guaranteed to get back if you treat the house well.

We would prefer non-smokers due to an asthmatic in the house.
