We are currently looking for an individual who is a natural leader in hospitality, to join our small luxury hotel as a full time receptionist. You will be professional, confident and self-motivated, required to welcome guests and assist them with all their requests. You will need to have a comprehensive understanding of all hotel services and a sound knowledge of Oxford and its surrounding areas. You will work closely with the reservations team and all other departments within the hotel to ensure our guests feel welcome throughout their stay. Eligibility to work within the UK must be proven, and 2 references must be available on request. Experience of working in a similar 4 Star hotel environment would be very beneficial.
