This position is not for the faint hearted or chef's who dream of creating their own dishes. We have a kitchen which requires good organisation, preparation and speed of service. We don't mean to scare you but you will only enjoy this job if you love being in the kitchen and being busy. Our team of staff work hard and play hard. You do not need fabulous cooking skills but you will need common sense and a quick mind. FRIDAY NIGHTS AND SUNDAYS OFF. Please only apply if you like a challenge and you are committed to the job and will be able to come in for an interview/trial. This position can be live in or out.
