Au Pair Mothers Help required by a Pub Family

Date posted: Saturday 17th May
Location: Didcot Oxfordshire

We are a happy, fun-loving, laid-back, family of three, soon-to-be four, in September! Mum and Dad are landlord and landlady of a small village pub in Oxfordshire. Our son is now 12years old and does not require minding but we will need someone to help look after our newborn baby and do a bit of housework while we are both working in the pub.

The person we are looking for will be helping us from 10.30am-2.30pm and then again in the evening from 6-9pm. The hours between 2.30-6pm are her own. Day offs are Saturday and Sunday. She will have free meals and her own en-suite accommodation separate from the main house. We don’t mind her country of origin as long as she’s legally allowed to work in the UK and know enough English to be able to communicate, understand, give out and take instructions.

The pub is situated in a small village very close to a town centre offering a variety of shops plus amenities including a library, leisure centre and a cinema. It’s also in the middle of a number of walking and cycling routes so there’s plenty of countryside to sightsee if you just want to have a bit of a walk or even a run!

Our pub is very popular in the community and we have a very good relationship with our locals and regulars. This means you will have lots of opportunity to meet new friends and have a healthy social life in your free time.

The position is available middle of August at the earliest but we definitely need someone by middle of September when the baby arrives. If you’re interested, please email us your CV.
