In the post of Breakfast & Lunch Chef, the successful candidate will be responsible for the full set up of the kitchen and preparation of all breakfasts between 6am and 11am and then you will get prepared for lunch and work through until 2pm.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE IS MONDAY TO FRIDAY 6am-2pm ONLY!

You will work as part of a small team that run this by themselves producing excellent results for our guests.

The ideal candidate will have good experience of working in the same or a similar role and be able to demonstrate effective organisational skills and the ability to use initiative. We are looking for someone who can work by themselves or as part of a team. This position may suit a Chef de Partie who is sick or all the split shifts, late nights and weekends.
