An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen within an events based venue in Oxford. The Catering Manager will oversee daily restaurant/cafe style offer for approximately 100 covers with the main focus on superb traditional style events. Working 5 out of 7 days with some evening work included the Catering Manager will be experienced in managing events and teams of 10+.

Have experience of managing and inspiring large teams
Have a proven track record of increasing sales in a high volume environment
Possess exceptional commercial awareness
Be an effective time manager
Possess fantastic leadership qualities and great organisational skills
Be aware that customer focus is paramount
Have fantastic finance acumen
