I have two nice size double rooms, newly decorated, in private, quiet house available.

There is a garden for lounging and growing.

There is space to park a car and easy access to the ring road. Also the bus stop is less then a minute, for an easy ride into town, or 20 minute walk if you prefer.

The two rooms share a full size bath (i have my own). Kitchen is shared by all three of us.
There is wifi and TV in the rooms.

The house is none smoking.

I should say i have a dog and cat so you must be at least tolerant of animals, would prefer somebody who actually likes them.

Would prefer medium to long term tenant, but will consider short term.
No cupels unless for short term or if you take both rooms
