House has phone line and large TV. Just by Iffley road, you can get buses every 5 minutes - 3 and 4 buses to city center (5-8 mins to get there) or the 105/106 towards Oxford Science park (about 15 minutes).

Ideal location if you work either at city center or close to science park area.

Rent is £295pcm excl bills (about $4 internet, £2 phoneline + tax, gas + heating) - around £330 pcm incl.
