I am looking for a professional couple or two friends to work as general assistants in the beautiful pub which I take over next week.
The pub used to have the reputation of Best in Town, mainly attracting professional people aged 25 yrs upwards.
Since it's demise, there has been nothing to take it's place so this is a fantastic opportunity.
The decor is modern & chic and the pub has a bar area and small dining area.
The food will be Brasserie style, wholesome and value for money.
The perfect staff will be:-
Mature, professional, well presented, SMILEY, honest, enthusiastic, willing and prepared to work hard in a team environment where the goal is to keep the customers coming back for more.
General duties will include bar and restaurant with a bit of kitchen help. Also, the pub has 7 rooms which may occasionally need servicing.
The working week is 5 days over 7. Your 2 days off will be consecutive and you take them together 99.9% of the time. Please only apply if you are available for 6 months minimum.
In return for your outstanding efforts, I will pay a good wage, provide accommodation and meals whilst on duty. Also, an equal share of the tips on the shifts you work.
The pub is in a market town so has good transport links to civilisation LOL!
