Lava Accessories are manufacturers and distributors of Consumer Electronics across the UK and Continental Europe. Privately owned and operated, Lava was established in early 2009 by Managing Director Ian Pearson, to address a need for quality, affordable products within the iPod Accessories market. Rapid expansion has now seen Lava produce OEM Home Audio solutions for major retailers across Europe, as well as hold a large distribution portfolio of USB gadgets and other ‘boys toys’. Primarily located in Oxford UK, Lava also have offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen, China.

Lava Accessories require a finance manager and office administrator to look after all day-to-day book keeping, raising letters of credit / payments to our suppliers, managing our accounts, payments from customers etc We would also require this person to conduct general office administration duties such as processing orders, sending mail, and other general office duties to start with. As we are new company workloads are increasing day in, day out, so eventually the need for this will disappear and a personal will be brought in specifically for administration.

Use of Sage 50 is a must and previous some experience is essential.

As we are a very young and dynamic company, and are looking for someone who will fit well into the team and shares a passion for what we do. We'd also like to find someone who can see themselves growing with us over the coming years. We currently employ 5 people in our offices in Oxford and will have 10 by the end of 2009. We are currently located in Bicester but are moving to Witney pre Christmas, so you must be flexible with travel.

Immediate Start, salary between £12k - £25k plus benefits, dependent on level of experience.
