Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Club operations manager-Hospitality in Oxford(gaming)
Responsibilities will include leading and developing the hospitality department - you will be responsible for operations within the bar and restaurant facilities
A full understanding of food preparation and service, health, hygiene and safety, stock control, staff recruitment, people management and excellent knowledge of customer service.
This is a vital role where superior leadership and customer service skills are paramount. You will have a good understanding of weekly accounts, from P&L to wage processes.
