We are offering to rent a room in a lovely town house about a 5 mins walk from the rail station and city centre. Nice long garden, spacious kitchen, small but sufficient bathroom, pleasant lounge with large TV, storage a for bike in garden if needed. The room offered has single bed, built in wardrobe etc. The house is situated on an island off the Botley road, so it is great for access to the river and port meadow is only a short walk away.

We are looking for a pleasant quiet individual to share our home. The house is a non-smoking house. We do have wireless internet if needed. A 1/3 share split of all bills. The house is occupied by myself and my girlfriend, hence the 1/3 split.
