Customer Service Advisor- Temp to Perm-Milton Keynes
Customer Service Advisors are required to work for an Energy Company based in Milton Keynes on a temporary to permanent basis. The purpose of this position is to Deal with inbound customer inquiries and making high volume outbound telephone calls to offer the Agency’s services.
Duties will include:
To answer inbound telephone calls from customers that has specific questions relating to the Agency’s services.
To give accurate and impartial advice in line with any specification given by the Energy Saving Trust or other organisation for whom a service is being provided.
To use the information and customer relationship management systems to accurately record the details of customer inquiries or orders.
To deal with incoming inquires in the post or by e mail and respond to service requests that arise.
To implement new systems, procedures or working practices to improve customer service efficiency
To make high volume outbound telephone calls to customers to offer energy saving advice and special promotions such as insulation offers.
To provide effective solutions to customers needs.
To maintain all records, files and statistical information inline with the companies policy.
To maintain levels of skills and knowledge by keeping up to date with quality improvement processes and using any training resources that the Agency will make available from time to time.
Successful candidates will have previous experience within a similar role, excellent communication skills and be available to work immediately.
