We are now looking to recruit a Private Dining Supervisor for the restaurant. The role will involve looking after the service of the private dining room clients ensuring they receive the up-most care and attention. You will coordinate the service, so as to ensure that the very highest standards that are expected of this hotel are adhered to.

The role will also involve working in the 2 Michelin Star restaurant as and when needed.

The successful candidate will have been working in a similar environment at a Michelin or Rosette level and will have excellent communication skills to ensure the smooth running of the department. You will understand the structure and working practice of a Michelin / Rosette level property and have the necessary skills to work within this property.

This role may suit a Assistant Restaurant Manager with some solid front of house experience looking for something a little different.

Salary offered for this role is up-to £21K plus company benefits.

Due to the location of this role it is essential that you have your own transport.
