The role will suit an experienced Producer who is looking for a new challenge. You will be working as part of the Production team and will be responsible for the day-to-day running of an established team. This position will include project management, team management, game localisation, design work, build assessment, maintain bug database and the management of press assets. You must have the following qualities:

•Must have worked at Producer level on at least one published title.
•Good knowledge of MS Project or Hansoft Project Manager.
•Must have exceptional organisational skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Ability to learn quickly and turn your hand to a variety of tasks.
•Ability to rapidly adjust to changes and think on your feet.
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise competently with all staff.
•Excellent presentation skills.
•Must have excellent knowledge of a variety of game genres on all popular platforms.
•Knowledge of current project management methodologies such as Scrum/Agile.

Based in the Oxfordshire office, this role will also involve occassional travel.
