We have one small single room available in a furnished, four bed professional house share. The house is on Bartlemas Close which is off Cowley Road. It is a quiet road, opposite some allotments, with easy access to the Cowley Road shops and tesco.

We are 3 professional females aged 27 - 32. We are looking for a tidy, sociable flatmate (non-smoking) aged 27+ - male or female. The room may suit a postgrad or professional.

We will be moving into the house on 2nd September and the room is available from then. If you would like to arrange to view the room / meet us, then please send me an email.

Rent is exclusive of bills, but we think these will be £70 max each a month including council tax.
